It's pretty simple: I'm a barmaid and a I'm a baker. Yup, The Barmaid's Bakery brings together the good things in life: cakes and, if you wish, a dram of booze. I'm a trained baker (I've got the qualification to price it) and a fully accredited baker. And yes, I've been known to keep the wheels moving behind a busy bar. Most of all, you'll see me through a puff of flour, rolling out fondant and occasionally offering a glug of something boozy to a cake mixture.
